The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap

The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap is a 2004 action–adventure game for the Game Boy Advance and part of the The Legend of Zelda series. Developed by Capcom in collaboration with Nintendo, it stands out for its unique size-shifting mechanic.

The story follows Link as he sets out to save Princess Zelda after she is turned to stone by the sorcerer Vaati. Along the way, Link teams up with Ezlo, a magical talking cap that grants him the ability to shrink to the size of the tiny Minish (also known as Picori). This ability transforms everyday environments into expansive areas filled with puzzles, secrets, and hidden paths.

The game features classic dungeon design, creative item-based puzzles, and the Kinstone Fusion system, which unlocks new events and rewards across Hyrule. With vibrant pixel art, smooth animation, and a charming tone, The Minish Cap is widely regarded as one of the strongest 2D entries in the Zelda series.
